My experience was excellent. I am claustrophobic and put off having the MRI until I learned that you had a larger unit. I opted out of having the test at Risser Ortho and asked to have the order sent to H-H. The technician was excellent. Test went smoothly and I was finished quickly.

There was a thorough questionnaire that will help with diagnosis . I appreciate that. I felt comfortable .through out the entire procedure and my claustrophobia was calmed by the wider machine. The staff and technician were very helpful about information,, and in positioning me so I wasn't too Enclosed. Everything was very efficient.

I am very claustrophobic, and I was put in a wide machine with my feet first. I was offered a blanket which I used. I asked for music which I received. I asked the technician to occasionally talk to me which she did. She also told me how much time I had left. My appt was at 7:30 and I was taken early and dressed and ready to leave at 7:40. Check in was very quick and easy because I filled the paperwork online. There was a lady there to help me if I needed it. I would definitely say you did a stellar job.
