Front desk and Technician were very helpful and professional. I have 2 ultra sound tests and one of them required drinking 32 oz. of water 1 hour prior to the appointment time and to maintain a full bladder for imaging. Per instruction, I arrived and checked in 20 minutes prior to my appointment. Then waited 45 minutes for my appointment. Would be nice if the wait time (45 minutes wait) was not too long because it was an pleasant feeling when the bladder was full. The technician was very understanding. No, the tests I had are not fun to go through, but everyone at the Center was kind, helpful, patient. The tech, Sid , was wonderful and I told him so before I left. Explained everything in detail and was very kind to this "old lady."
