It was very easy to log in with the help of the attendant, I am glad he was there to help me. The wait was not very long and the Tech was wonderful and I was out in 15 minutes.

My wait after registering seemed long. Probably cause I was nervous. Once in changing room the process was throughly explained. It was wonderful that my son Justin was allowed to join me for a bit while sedation took effect. The staff in the MRI area were very nice and made sure that I was comfortable. The whole procedure went smoothly. The next time I have to have another MRI I will certainly will want it done at your facility. Thank you.

The experience was OK, but I believe the bathroom needs additional cleanup materials for patients to clean themselves up properly after certain exams. I had quite a mess and only had dry toilet paper to clean up. I strongly suggest that you have large size wipes in the bathroom also Room deodorant spray.

I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience at a Hill Imaging facility. All staff is pleasant, competent, and efficient.

Overall was good! I had 2 appointments yesterday mammo/untrasound. As i checked into mammo through kiosk I noticed once. Checked into ultrasound it checked me into both. When I approached the counter I spoke to Sochi (not sure of spelling), I had a question about the check in. She was much into her conversation and looked at me and told me to have a seat. I was taken for my x-ray within 10 minutes of my early arrival. I was greeted by both technicians taking my images. I was treated gently and respectfully. The process was professional, efficient, and patient- centered.
