Great experience scheduling my MRI with Hill Imaging on Fair Oaks! The staff went above and beyond. Check in was a breeze with the self check in kiosk at the entrance and I applaud them for having multiple self check-ins. Frances who triaged me and helped me get prepared was very kind and welcoming. Clarissa who helped me positioned was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable prior to the study beginning. Had chest X-ray. Easy to pre-register. Got there early and got in a little early. Calm waiting area. The X-ray tech (can't recall name) was friendly and competent. Painless all around.

I called late in the afternoon after I had seen my doctor and he gave me orders for X-rays.They squeezed me in so I could have the X-rays done that afternoon. My doctor called me first thing the next morning to let me know the results of the X-rays. The staff was very efficient, friendly and kind. I have always had excellent experiences with Hill Imaging
