It was a good experience - part;ly because we were there on a Saturdday and things moved quickly and there was easy parking.

I had 2 procedures with and without contrast. When I arrived, they were ready. The registration desk answered my questions. I was soon escorted into the procedure room. They explained the procedure. They ensured I was comfortable, and handled it when I wasn't. For each step of the procedure they explained what was happening and any sensations I would feel. Then it was completed. They ensured I was ok and not light headed. I was out in 30 min.

It was given an appointment right away and was taken in on time of my appointment. Front desk was courteous and the same was with the technician I had good experience left the place on a timely manner thank you 😁

I was called in the imaging room on time, which means a lot to me. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable with the equipment. I’m sorry that I don’t recall her name, though she did introduce herself. I think her name was Michelle, but I’m not sure. I also appreciated that the lighting in the room was low—no lights blaring from the ceiling. That was calming; so much so that I nearly dozed off during the imaging process. 😄
