I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived at your MRI center. Your gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He reassured me about the procedure. He not only pointed out where my appointment was , but watched me to ensure I got to the right place. I found the help and understanding continue once i arrived at the MRI site. Craig was there to welcome me and explain everything I would be experiencing . I explained my hearing issue and he immediately adapted his speech to my needs.
