You guys were great! I was able to get a 2-day appointment, however, even better I was able to walk in the following day and within 15 minutes I was in and ready to get my chest x-ray. X-ray. Saving me an extra trip. You guys rock.

After being turned away from a liver checkup appt, I needed to get an ultrasound ASAP. Taking a chance to get one the SAME DAY (Oct 13th) was a shot in the dark. But I took it, and the friendly desk receptionist was more than accommodating. I was taken as a walk-in, treated by a lovely, friendly technician, and all done within 30 min. Great and professional service.. on a whim. Thanks!

Process was fast and easy but the new lockers are hard to utilize once I put my reading glasses in them. Older people with poor vision will have trouble as it’s hard to see the directions! Luckily the tech helped me by reading the instructions to me so I could retrieve my belongings.

What I didn’t like when I had to sign in on the kiosk was they asked the same questions on the pre-register sign-in I did a few days before coming in. It was better just going to the front desk to say I’m here for my appointment or if the front desk didn’t want to be bothered, using the kiosk to say I’m here for my appointment. Other than that, it went smoothly.
