I was early for my appointment but they were able to see me after a short wait. All the staff members were great. They were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. The scan only took about 5 minutes. I felt seen and heard in a calm environment.

The facilities and technician were nice and it went smoothly. My only complaint is the hearing protection is not adequate for the volume of the MRI machine. I brought my own earplugs that had a high rating.
