While my appointments were both handled very professionally, staff was great meeting my needs answering my questions However, there was an incident with an older man who came in in a walker, and he was very upset and also very rude The problem that I have with us is that I don’t feel the staff handled it properly and neither did security And it might be because they’re not trying to deal with possible patient mental illnesses It was very upsetting, and it left me, wondering what happened to the older gentleman he was on the ... read more

I was to arrive at 7:45 for my 8:15 procedure. I arrived at 7:30. Check-in was a snap, I had preregistered. I was called soon after I sat down and was home by 8:30 AM. The young lady who escorted me was clear in her directions. I received the results that evening. No one looks forward to health exams but having everything move smoothly makes the experience less stressful. Thank you.

From the moment I arrived and the receptionist confirmed I was in the correct location, the service here was exceptional.The "intake" team was courteous and efficient. The imaging clinician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The experience was altogether smooth, pleasant and amazingly efficient.
