Everyone was wonderful, polite professional
The waiting time is good, there're only few people there. But l feel that the technician needed more communication with patience. And his skills for the examine needed to be more gentle. Through out the whole procedure that he pushed too hard on the body area that hurted a lot. I don't remember it was like that before??
Sunday morning appointment, Not crowded short wait time test was only a few minutes. Overall positive experience
Pleasant relaxing reception room. Intake was inviting and straight forward. Receptionists were polite and helpful. MRI technicians were accommodating and pleasant. Making an appointment was simple and quick. Excellent service.
Assistant and teach were good. All went smoothly.
Fine, one thing we would have liked to know ahead of time was how long it would take. It seemed to take over an hour. It was difficult for my mother to stay elevated on her back for such a long period. She was very glad to finish. We weren’t told name of the tech that assisted us. He happened to be very nice though, and both he and other assistant answered all questions that we had.
Front desk very helpful, scheduled appointment was on time
