I was greeted in a friendly manner, waited in a comfortable waiting area, and Anna, my ultrasound tech, was very kind and competent. (I am guessing at her last name, below.) I have one complaint - the pre-printed admittance forms. Yes, they save time and effort, but ... The technician was great very sensitive and was clear the only problem was in the waiting room when they call my name and I cannot hear him because I'm hearing impaired I told the front desk they said they've been left the department no and no word was shared. This wasn't the first time or the second timer the third time that I sit in the waiting room without being noticed because I am deaf.
