Always a compassionate experience. I came in with crutches & in pain. Asked for a wheelchair which was used. Anna even took me back to the parking structure. She was very gentle.

Insert of needle was smooth, then injection of solutions never felt. Went easy.
Self check in was super easy to complete. I was taken only 10 minutes late. Not bad. Friendly altrasound tech. The facility is very organized and clean.
