Huntington-Hill provided another excellent experience (if you have to endure medical procedures and scans.) The staff is always very caring and helpful. The technicians were very competent and friendly. Most importantly - the appointment was on time!
Excellent, professional and quick service.
Could have done better on the time of acceptance. I got there 35 minutes before my MRI appointment as requested. However, There was no one in the waiting area and I was not called in until 45 minutes pass my appointment. Also the technician could have offered me ear plugs, but he/she didn’t and I had to ask for them. As for the gowns it’s all good to have two, but I recommend Imagining Hill could have offer shoe covers vs walking barefoot or with socks.
Everyone was helpful and professional.
I we t to get x-rays as a walk-in patient. I was seen right away and the x-ray tech was very friendly and efficient.
The lady doing imaging was respectful and clear with instructions. The imaging went without any hassles!
Quick and efficient. Only complaint is iOS based check-in does not appear to handle uploading rx well. Had to minimize screen to locate image, and was kicked back to sign-in page. It appears that the pages I had already completed may have been saved, but went to pc to complete preregistration.
GREAT EXPERIENCE
