staff were helpful, made me feel at ease being first timer having MRI. I expected it to be uncomfortable but it wasn't a bad experience .

I was there on a Sunday morning --- it was not busy or crowded. The technician was reassuring and kind. Overall great experience.

For both procedures, every thing went good. From the check in to the technician’s. Only problem was in between appointments, I had to wait awhile. Other than that, it went well.
