very professional and efficient
I do not like the new kiosk check-in. Everybody I observed still needed to have help from the desk. I checked in at 9:45. I was not taken back until 1040. My appointment was at 10:15. I was told there was problem with the paperwork. I don’t know why since I had the order from the doctor with me and the people at the desk had scanned it in. As always, the staff I dealt with were nothing but polite and kind. It was a frustrating experience because I had to wait so long for no apparent reason. Easy sign in, great customer service. Ultrasound technician was efficient and had a very light touch. Thank you so much.
I like the new check in process with the iPads. Tech came to get me shortly after arrival. Everyone was very efficient and polite. Results were ready quickly. I would recommend emailing patient to let us know when results are viewable.

My MRI was so professional and was very considerate. He was so wonderful. I wish I could remember his name because he was the best.
My tech was really great and made the procedure OK. I would have given five stars but I really despise kiosk check in even more than paper and Cedars INSISTING thier staff be masked two years after its conclusive the masks did nothing to stop the spread is really offputting, ESPECIALLY for a institution who are SUPPOSED to be based in Science. The medical facilities in Pasadena not affiliated with Cedars are not sticking to this disproven orthodoxy. I have started to prefer non Huntington/Cedars alighned providers in spite o... read more
