The sign in experience with a pad was not good. After being signed in I was called early and everyone was very kind and efficient. I was finished much faster than expected.

The positioning of my head in the machine resulted in a very painful mri. But I know the technician did his best to give me as much neck support as he could. Not sure how that might have been better.

The best place ever to get any kind of images done. It’s easy to communicate with them, there is assistance throughout the appointment, made to feel comfortable and cared for. Clean, beautiful, place overall. I always pick this place. And results are fast! My Dr was surprised!
Check in questions were a bit much. I could tell the older patients were struggling. My xray went pretty fast. When visiting my ortho MD, on the same date, he asked why I wasn’t standing for the xray. The tech had me sit and place my foot upright into the tray.
