When I arrived the front desk greeted me with a smile and helped me check in. The ultra sound tech made the examine very comfortable

The technicians are very knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and professional. Facility is current and clean with state of the art equipment. My biggest issue is the scheduling.- I received several reminders and messages about arriving early to complete paperwork, which is great and very helpful. However, very frustration to have to wait and hour and a half to be seen. I was late to pick our son up from school and was fasting for the imaging and dealing with a migraine from lack of water and food. Scheduling can be impr... read more

I called and requested and escort to the building because I am disabled. Thankfully the staff was kind enough to pick me up in a wheelchair from the parking structure. Had the staff not been so kind, it would have taken a while to get to the building on my walker and would have exhausted my energy. Additionally, I was asked question to ensure that I was ok and if I needed anything such as water. I greatly appreciate the kindness shown to me.
