Everyone was very nice! From the front desk to the CT Scan technicians. I was called in quickly and the technician's explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the procedure. I’m sorry I don’t remember anyone’s name. But everyone was awesome!

Those who helped me did a spectacular job of finding my elusive arm vein for the procedure. I hate MRI machines because I'm a little claustrophobic and the noise is awful. Despite all that, the technician nurse made the procedure very easy. Lying on your stomach for the length of the procedure with my arms over my head was not easy as I have arthritis in my loser back and my neck from damage caused by a 25+ year old accident.
