The initial impression is wonderful and the personnel are friendly, helpful and efficient. The radiology technicians are friendly and professional. They explain every thing that is going to happen, how to position the body parts etc. during the X-rays. This was a very pleasant experience for the required procedures.

I have always had a great experience at this facility. Ease of making appointments, ability to check in online, ease of parking (though I wish the rates were cheaper or they'd validate off some amount), efficient lobby staff, clean and comfortable waiting area as well as restrooms, friendly but/as well as professional technical staff - these and more make a place great for me!

I enjoyed having my appointment in the evening, to avoid traffic and parking hassles. My appointment started at 7:45 pm and I was back on the road in about a half an hour! The secretary was really helpful, and the radiology techs were professional, but light hearted. It was so relaxing I could have taken a nap in the scanner. I already got my results back in three days. Thank you
