Mixed. I have had too many MRIs some with contrast. First tech missed the vein and that was not good. Second tech better. When I was strapped in for the test it was uncomfortable. I put up with it to get it over with. If given a choice I would go elsewhere.
I initially had trouble finding the Imaging unit I arrived after dark and everything seemed closed. I’m 86 years old. Fortunately I saw a young man unloading his mother from the car. He showed me were the unit was. From there on everything was fine. I only had to wait a few minutes before a young lady came out and let unto the room where the CT scan was performed. The young technician was very informative about the process. She made me feel comfortable and safe. The whole process took about 15 minutes.

The in person check-in process was simple, because I had done the bulk of it online. I only waited a few minutes and then was called back. The technician explained the process. My results were available through the CS portal today.
