It ran smooth
Excellent check in. Arrived 30 minutes early and was seen 25 minutes early. Technician was skilled, polite, and was a very easy visit.
The staff at the imaging center are courteous and helpful! The wait time is minimal and the technicians review the personal information and the procedure in advance of the imaging. The techs are friendly and courteous
I was a walk-in patient for Chest X-ray. The whole process from check-in to checkout took only about 15 minutes max. Great service. I can’t remember the lady tech’s name. Sorry.
I called to make an appointment for an X-Ray and was able to get in the next day. My doctor got the results the day after the X-Rays had been taken. The gal's name that helped me make the appointments name was either Jade or Jay. She was great.
There was a process which put my appointment on jeopardy the office/lab blamed it on the doctors office requesting exam, the doctors office replied in advance with the lab request. After quite a few calls the problem was resolved and the exam was performed. originally the lab said I would not be seen the same day and it would take approximately two weeks to complete exam. At the end I was seen same day I just had to go in twice Service was good but the mixup could have been avoided if the lab personnel had been more vigil... read more
The test was done in a timely fashion, and I had access to the results in less than 24 hours.
