My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. I completed the online registration days before my appointment. I was taken into the room to perform my test within 10 minutes of arrival.
Prompt, professional care and service. Procedure was explained. The two technicians were great! Would recommend to others I know who need imaging services.
While the overall process was easy, the technician had a hard time getting my IV in and ultimately had to call in someone else to get it done. This actually happened the first time I got an MRI (with contrast). My veins are tough but it was stressful not to mention took up a lot of time.
