The team was very professional, even took me to the MRI early as I had arrived early. They explained the exact process and easy and over fairly quickly.

It was easier to get an appointment. Staff at the kiosk were attentive and respectfully, technicians were very good at explaining the procedure and helpful to make an elderly comfortable before during and after the procedure.

Everyone was polite, very welcoming, everything was explained to me and answered the questions that I had. The receptionist helped me complete my intake form. My intake technician was very friendly and she explained every step to prepare me for my procedure which helped ease my mind. My doctor was great and explained every step as he was preforming my procedure.

Everyone was great. Very caring, thoughtful, considerate, and thorough staff. Everyone took as much time with me as was necessary. They were in no "rush to get to the next patient". An MRI can be a stressful experience - they all made it as stress-free as possible. Everything that was going to happen was explained in detail what and why.

Easy peasy. Showed up early and was seen almost immediately thereafter. Was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. You can’t beat that. CT scan process was quick and easy as well. Nice staff. Would recommend.
