This is my first time at the West Covina location. And I am happy to say that my experience from start to finish was great! Check in was a breeze and the technicians were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend them.

All of the staff are very friendly and conduct themselves with a smile. I was impress with that attitude especially for the early morning appointment at 6:40 am. For the MRI procedure, detailed instructions were given by the staff and prepared me well, I was pleased with my experience at Hill Imaging. My only consideration is when I was told that the MRI images will be sent to me and then I can make them available to my doctor. I waited the 24 hours until I went to Hill Imaging website to log into the patient's portal. ... read more
