Needed MRI STAT and they gave me an appt right away. Then, I had to reschedule and rep was courteous and reschedule next day. West Covina office staff from check in to MRI tech were great. I have anxiety and the MRI techs comforted me as best they could. Dr wrote up report immediately so my insurance co could approve my surgery which was two days out. So entire staff were excellent.
