I'm aware that having a mammogram is not a pleasant experience at all, but over the years that I have gotten one this is by far the most I have felt pain and very uncomfortable. There's no doubt that the technician that performed my mammogram was capable and knowledgeable, but her technique is not as gentle as the others. Although she has apologized countless of times during the procedure, it was more irritating that she did because she did not try to be less rough.
