Everyone very nice and competent. However, I was told to come 1/2 hr before appointment time, and it only took about 3 minutes to check in but I then had to wait. Sorry, I do not remember names of technicians.

The male technician, who's name I cannot remember, was very kind and thoughtful. He made me feel at ease and played music for me which was not offered at my first MRI. I really appreciated this.
