Friendly and got me in sooner than my actual appointment. Tech was very kind as this was my first mammogram so I was nervous, she put me at ease right away and explained everything.

The person who did my mammogram was very kind and very patient. I really liked the option they offer now, for pre-registration before your appointment, so you don't waste time doing the paperwork there, and you do it wherever you are.
