Platform is nice and the employees are usually friendly, except for a short older guy with a gray goatee. He seems to take pride in being a smart ass ALL OF THE TIME!. I recently had two auction pickups in one day, and caught a traffic jam on the way to the Legacy Center. I tried to call to ask someone to set my ONE ITEM outside, but no one bothered to answer the phone, even though there were many employees in the building . I got there at 5:58.
