Salesman was good to work with and helpful. Communication after the sale was good. The finance manager was good to work with but I was very frustrated with that process. It took nearly 3 hours to get through that part. We were lead to believe it would take about an hour. Being asked to make decisions about various additional warranty coverages on the spot is ridiculous. The additional warranty information could, and should, be provided ahead of time in order to make an informed decision. I would recommend the dealership but ... read more
Great service and friendly customer service people!!
Do an actual walk through around my car, explaining what things were included. ie. letting me know what my tire pressure was, opening up the hood and taking out oil-dip stick. I got my report paper handed to me and felt rushed out of there. Thinking about it on the way home, I guess i should have asked, "what did you do?, or what should I be looking for in my oil change/inspection" But that's also not my job either...
