Contacted me almost immediately and begun helping me through the process via text after I was unable to answer their call. Answered every single question. Has an over the phone pre- approval process that takes about 5 minutes.

The sales person was great! Very responsive, attentive, knowledgeable. Finance department horrible, expect the “time share” hard sell on protection plan, maintenance plan. Wasted over an hour of my time forcing me to tell them “NO” in new and creative ways.
