He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He took the extra time to explain how the humidifier worked and when we would want to consider turning it on or off. <br />

The job was well done, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased. I pre-purchased the Diagnostic Service (($49) and got a call from the company on the same day to confirm the appointment next day. The service technician showed up at my front door on time - at the start of the time window. He completed the diagnosis and identified the issue. I was contacted promptly by Greg from the Company on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. The Technician was very polite and took time to answer all questions I asked of him. <br />
