I received a phone call from this company the day after I purchased the service. Service was scheduled for the following week (about 5 days later). Tech was punctual, but called ahead to let me know he was about 30 minutes out. He tested my system, visually inspected the heat exchanger and other internal components, cleaned the interior and vacuumed the floor area where he worked. They checked everything out and showed up when they were supposed to. They were polite and professional. Everything turned out okay.
