<p>I bought a big deal for this service and it was fine. I learned from him being there that I probably did not need to have him out because everything was clean and had been well maintained, but it was nice to know that. It was kind ofa waste of money for my situation but it was probably a good deal for other people. This was the first time I used this company. I wish that they would not have put yet another sticker on the heater, but it was no problem. </p>

It turned out great. I've had no issues. They arrived on time. They showed up. He explained what he was going to do. They did the service and they recommended a new filter which he told me exactly how to get my hands on and how to put in and we did that and that was everything.
