Called HVAC Comfort Inc. with a no heat problem at 8.30am and they said they would contact a tech and call back. They returned my call in 15 min. and said a tech would be out in 45 min. and he was. They had me up and running in no time. Could not have asked for better service! <br />
The technician was polite and very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all questions, plus gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the furnace humidifier.....Very satisfied <br />
Quick service ... no way of measuring or rating what was done. He was prompt and courteous. <br />
Alright. They honored the big deal price. I called and made an appointment and they came out when the appointment was. They were fine; they did what anybody else would do, they came out, they checked it out and they cleaned it. I chose them because they had the special going. They got here on time.
HVAC Comfort was *so* accommodating in their scheduling--really made a terrific effort to work with me. They showed up exactly on time and did the job efficiently. I know enough about my furnace to know when my questions are being answered accurately, and this was the case. Would be happy to use again. <br />
