This program is very informative. My complaint is in the video courses, the instructors references the older edition of the textbook and we are provided with the newer edition. Some of the pictures that he reference and page numbers do not match up with the new edition. So sometimes I get lost on what he's trying to reference to.
More practical exercises would be of better value for learning.
Learned a lot customer service tips that I overlooked before. The speaker is easy to listen to.
