Very personable and professional.. I would recommend a call history tracking so you will know who tried to return info by calling me back. I was traveling in heavy rain and missed the call back and I returned the call but they couldn’t tell me who called or the info the missed call was trying to relay. To be clear, the lady talked to was very helpful.
