Staff wonderful Manager Noel fastastic. The grounds beautiful Room not ready for 2 hours Not conducive for the disabled. Only 2 wash rags in a suite of 8. Stopped up shower in 2nd bathroom All n all we had a great time in the pool. Pool guy on Sunday the 13th was also great. Thanks
Room is a bit cramped, but workable. Since there is a pool at this property, there’s lots of kids in the summer running around being really noisy. My hotel room had a connecting door next door, which means the room number on my room was exactly the same as the room next door, just with a “D” after it, which meant I had kids knocking on my door all day and night, accidentally thinking it was their parents room. Very annoying. They should renumber the rooms to prevent this issue.

Hyatt stay was great. Close to Purchase University. Very clean and everything you need at your fingertips. Also, very convenient shopping at Wegman's.
