I liked the room, the dining room and it's clean. But we stayed for 5 days and they never went to clean the room. They didn't change towels Iasked them for service and not They did it

The sink in my room was dirty and the ice maker wasn’t working. I hate the “limited” housekeeping and consumers to request towels and linen. The breakfast area and bar could use some updating. The same food items are served, some other dining options would be nice. Having a in room safe would be nice.
Excellent customer service from Front desk Jermaine and Andy our bartender was great I would definitely go back. Thanks Jermaine for providing an outstanding client experience.
