The pool hours were noon til 6 pm. I was staying there in between procedures for cancer and was exhausted. I ended up calling the front desk at 9 because the radio was so loud at the pool. They said it would turn off around 10:30. Unacceptable when the area was not even in use. The hotel was clean and otherwise acceptable.
Property was clean, room are spacious and excellent service
Shower curtain in 223 was gross.
I did not like the shower/bathroom at all. There was no place to put anything down in shower room. I had to put my clothes and things on floor. Also the shower was not great, little water pressure. The best part of the hotel was Andy the bartender. He was fabulous and a great asset to your team. He made our night.
I was charged $75 pet fee and given a room that clearly had damage to the carpet which looked like a dog had already chewed it up. Why do I have to pay extra to stay in a room that is already in need of a new carpet?
