Fabulous time - super clean - and cozy - fabulous staff - bartender went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. Fantastic breakfast - I would highly recommend - and look forward to returning!! Thank you Hyatt House!!
It's one of the best for the area which is hard to believe because it's just ok for other areas. White Plains is do for a high end hotel

Excellent property! Super clean brand new rooms and lobby with a lovely new design. Great value including a wonderful buffet breakfast with an omelet station. The only thing I wasn't 100% impressed by it was the check in. I was trying to be friendly to the gentleman at the front desk but he was not intrested in chatting just checking me in and without a smile which is very unlike any Hyatt employee I've ever come across. Besides check-in, this property is a must stay!
Fabulous stay! Very accommodating and beautiful location
Selected this property because of its proximity to SUNY Purchase. It has recently undergone a renovation so everything is new and clean. Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a comfortable and large one bedroom with kitchen (which was unexpected and nice). The kitchen has all the basics if you’d like to cook a simple meal. Would be really nice to have liquid dish soap (hotel only provided dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher). Housekeeping did not replenish coffee bags during our stay. Bathroom is als... read more
