Wonderful Customer service, but the room wasn’t very clean, maintenance issues with the sink and shower, heard others in lobby experiencing same thing. Lobby was very clean.

Hyatt Gilbert Stay The room was okay—slightly outdated—but it was clean and everything in the room worked properly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was terrible. On Tuesday, the hot breakfast consisted of a pot of waffles, bacon bites, and cold Canadian bacon. On Wednesday, the biscuits and waffles were hard. I've stayed at several other Hyatts, and this was by far the worst breakfast experience.
