Wonderful staff and amenities Incredibly helpful, friendly & accommodating staff. The property itself exceeded my expectations - very cool restaurant and bar with a great vibe. Nice room which was more spacious than a typical NYC hotel room.

Housekeeping should be at least once a day if requested. Shower glass should be cleaned for every new reservation. Rm 611 curtains where water stained across the bottom.
Everyone was very kind of the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised as this is my first time in a Hyatt. It won’t be my last.
Great location but bathroom shower could use and good scrub.
