Near NYU and Cardozo Law great place to stay if you need to be on the East Side.
The hotel was fine. I booked for my family to stay in the city. Location is great and that's pretty much it.
Good stay. Nice stay. Older property with newly rehabbed rooms. A bit on the small size but very efficiently done. The night we stayed they had a problem with the electronic room keys but went out of their way to make it work for everyone.
Some of the staff was not very helpful beginning with the check-in procesdx
A Disappointing Stay The room was disappointing. It was dark facing a wall. We had to change rooms.we came back to the hotel at 4 PM and the room had not been cleaned. No reason given why. We had to take our guests down to the lobby. My husband burnt his hand on the hot water which was scalding. We have always enjoyed staying at Hyatt.. However this time it was certainly nowhere near the normal Standard we’ve come to expect..
