THE BEST!, I FOUND THE WATCH THAT I WANTED ! WE LEFT WITH A SMILE! THANK YOU ! ADAM CASIAS
Paul was great to work with!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Hyde Park . Justin was great and communicated throughout the process. The design team working with Justin created the exact piece that we were wanting for my 15 anniversary ring. We couldn't be happier!
Could not have had a better experience. I was treating myself with diamond earrings studs and had been looking in many stores for weeks. This was a big purchase for me and I was nervous. Tina was so sweet, patient and spent well over an hour letting me try on all different styles. She was super knowledgeable and I knew I wanted to buy from her. She nailed it when she presented me with a style I hadn't even considered before and I was beyond thrilled with my purchase. I appreciated the experience very, very much. Thank... read more
I've been shopping at Hyde Park with Terri for years. She has always been an amazing salesperson - professional and helpful in everyway, but without being pushy.
Sales staff was very helpful and informative.
Paul Riggs at Hyde Park Jewelers was a true professional and an expert in Rolex watches! I wanted to get my wife the gold day-date Rolex she's wanted for her 50th birthday so we decided to go to Hyde Park in the Biltmore. We walked in and the experience was first-class from start to finish. Paul worked with my wife and helped her compare different Rolex models and sizes, he was patient and extremely professional. Paul made this special moment for my wife a very memorable experience. I highly recommend Hyde Park Jewelers and ... read more
Arizona is hot! I've walked into many jewelry stores/watch boutiques wearing shorts and a tank top and most sales staff paid me no mind maybe due to my young age/appearance. When I walked into Hyde park the security guard offered me water and Tina showed me around the store. She let me try on different watches and gave me history of the brand. I pulled the trigger on a Omega Seamaster 300. Best shopping experience ever. Will referral all my friends to Hyde Park.
I just bought my first Rolex Sea Dweller 50th anniversary, Tina M. from the Phoenix store was my sales associate throughout this transaction. Tina was always available to answer questions, very professional and knowledgeable about the watches. I would have to say, this was by far one of the very best transactions I have ever had when buying a watch. I highly recommend Tina and the Phoenix staff. --Claudio F.
