I went to HZ Plastic Surgery for chin liposuction with Dr. Lyly last February and I had the best experience. I had been wanting to get liposuction for years but had been too nervous because I couldn’t find a surgeon that made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lyly was very kind and knowledgeable and I’m so glad that I decided to have my procedure done by her. My chin turned out beautiful, she did an amazing job.
Had my procedure done by Dr. Lyly and she has given me my confidence back! I had my consultation with Dr. Lyly. I was Completely nervous, I loved that before going into the room you meet with Dr. Lyly in her office to discuss what you want and the procedure before even going into your consultation. She made me so at ease, I had A lot of reservation going into my consult but she reassured me and honestly made my decision an easy one ! The entire staff at HZ Plastic Surgery was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Dr. Z is a great plastic surgeon who will do whatever it takes to make you happy with your surgical results and make you look good.
Everyone from the front desk, consultation coordinator, nurses at the dr Phillips AND the nurses at the surgery facility, the anesthesiologist, dr afshari had the most welcoming approach. I felt comfortable every step of the process pre-op. I recommend they really make it all smooth and exciting! I have been wanting a breast reduction for 9+ years and the way they were had me finalize my decision.
