RecommendedWe had an emergency with our little 14 year old Yorkie on a Sunday evening late and the staff and Dr. Parsley were so patient and knowledgeable. Their office called to follow up and I'm happy to say Max is doing great! So glad I-20 Animal Hospital was open and I highly recommend them to anyone whether it's an emergency or just routine care. We will now be taking Max here from now on.
Without the staff at I-20 Animal hospital my fur baby Gemma wouldn't be here today!! They are intelligent, kind hearted and know how to do their jobs. I highly recommend!!!

Brought husband's service dog in with worries over spleen. Sent over by another great vet, Dr Billy Bob Browning of the lazy 3 clinic out of Cisco . He. Called ahead so they were expecting bandit. They worked with us on money to begin surgery. She had a tumor and blood clot on her spleen, they amounted to about 6 lbs. They saved her life. So thankful I found this place! Super friendly and helpful staff and didn't have to sell a kidney to afford care for our fur baby! We went in on a sunday as a emergency when our puppy broke her leg! I will continue to drive our sweet Ellie 45 minutes to come see them for any of her medical needs!!! Her whole treatment cost less than what an emergency exam fee would be with our previous vet!

Popcorn was an Shelter Cat that was Trapped by an man that was proud!! Popcorn was so Sick && All said put PTS.. I said No way Baby has touched my Heart && now the whole Clinics.. I prayed Dr L would not advise PTS && Dr L stated I will take this baby on && we will help Popcorn && I started to just Cry.. Thank you All && Dr L at I-20 Furr Saving Popcorn
Thank you for seeing and treating my baby, Emmy with such haste and care yesterday. She is in great spirits today and seems to be over the trauma! Everyone was so kind and caring; thank you for treating her and us, too, with such compassion!
They care. Everyone of them took a deep hearted interest in my baby and made me feel like he wasn't just a dog but a member of my family. I have never visited a vet clinic that really understood that dynamic. Great people, exceptional care and very clean.
