The entire staff was compassionate and kind. I ended up making the decision to let go of my furbaby after letting the staff do all they could. I appreciated their sympathy and patience.

We had an emergency with our little 14 year old Yorkie on a Sunday evening late and the staff and Dr. Parsley were so patient and knowledgeable. Their office called to follow up and I'm happy to say Max is doing great! So glad I-20 Animal Hospital was open and I highly recommend them to anyone whether it's an emergency or just routine care. We will now be taking Max here from now on.
Without the staff at I-20 Animal hospital my fur baby Gemma wouldn't be here today!! They are intelligent, kind hearted and know how to do their jobs. I highly recommend!!!

Brought husband's service dog in with worries over spleen. Sent over by another great vet, Dr Billy Bob Browning of the lazy 3 clinic out of Cisco . He. Called ahead so they were expecting bandit. They worked with us on money to begin surgery. She had a tumor and blood clot on her spleen, they amounted to about 6 lbs. They saved her life. Its been hard for him without her, but at least he will be getting her back next week. Yes, it is expensive here, but it is an emergency hospital after all.
