We came in tonight with our dog and due to the he nature of the situation we were sent right back. The staff kept us updated as much as they could considering they were busy. When it came time for the bill they were very helpful with several options to get our girl what she needed

They give you the time and care your pet deserves especially on an after hours emergency. Just don't plan to be in a hurry.

They have taken care of two of my emergencies in the last few years, and have always done an excellent job. Dr. Zimmerman is very thorough and direct- very communicative. She made my experience less worrisome and more comforting.

The staff here were wonderful and made sure we received constant updates since our cat was in critical condition (genetic heart disease), and encouraged us to call at any time for an update. Dr. Wegenast made sure we knew exactly what was going on throughout this ordeal.
