Worked with Brian Lilly and he was very responsive, courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend him to others looking for a new or used car.
I arrived late and was told I would have to wait for the technician. But they shuffled me in to address two recall nitices on my 2018 Leaf and it was still completed promptly. Appreciate the wash, as well. Considering I bought the car elsewhere, I appreciate the service team continues to provide great, friendly service. Thanks!
Once again, the customer service was incredible and speedy. I was in and out in one hour with an oil change and a new set of tires. Pricing was good too.

One of the reasons I gave a 4 star review was because the service department was supposed to be open at 7:30 and I was there right at 7:30 because I like to be first in to get out sooner. But, the service department was not open yet. No lights were on, nothing. This also happened the last time I brought my other vehicle in for service in the express lane but I didn't leave a review. Went in for service on my NV2500 van . All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager suggested what the vehicle should get at the present mileage. But was not forceful about it and didn’t pressure me when I declined and just went with the tire rotation and oil change. I will be back again.
