I purchased a car from IGOTCARS. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle it had a major oil leak. Its sitting at a mechanic now waiting on a response from the dealership. The experience went from very good to one of the worst I have ever seen. No returned phone calls, no emails, no help, and a text only line so they can "keep everything in black and white". The car is still under warranty but they will not pay to tow it back to them to fix so we are left with no vehicle and a very large bill to pay if we fix it ourselves... read more
Never gave a estimate on our trade in, Sold the vehicle we was going after before we got there it was about a Hour Drive! Didn't ask us if we wanted to test drive others on the lot
Car was not as pictured. Car was under repair when I arrived. Rear bumper was scratched and in the pictures it shows no damage.
By the time the dealer replied to my, days later, the vehicle I inquired about was sold.
Asked for specific info on vehicle, didn't receive it but did receive 3 "auto-generated" emails all witht he same info. Doesn't appear there is a "real person" actually communicating.
Do not use this dealership!!!!. Yup i bought a suv from them.... and not only did we get you this great interest rate wr got you 3 year 36000 mile warranty to... Yip sure did ... That was the exact content of the managers statement about that and left out that when he talked to the finance company he put in a additional 2400 dollars. They never answered my question,but just keep wanting to phone me but I didnt ask for call just answer my question is the car still for sale,if it was a yes answer then I would call them.
not satisfied at all. the price was negotiable on the computer; however, when called, the price was very high.
good- cause they kept a constant email contact going. Although they never wanted to reveal bottom dollar price.. Lost my interest once I knew they were asking way more than the private party would sell it for. Car fax is not worth that much more money anywhere. Especially on a 97 model car. Overall they did what they are supposed to do. Try to get me to the lot for a closing opportunity..
