Howard is always available for communication and is quickly responsive. Howard is trustworthy and personable. Every time we work with Howard, we are extremely satisfied.
It took four months for the refinancing to get processed. Some details that I think would have been handy to have I had to ask for. For example a close date was not revealed to me at all until I asked. Over all good experience. Just a little frustrating.
Seth was pleasant to work with would get everything ready for you to make the process quick and easy looking forward to working with Seth again
